  • Are there advancement opportunities?

    Absolutely! We support professional development and promote from within. We provide training opportunities annually for all employees.

  • Am I required to travel? Is it paid for?

    In-state and out-of-state travel is required. Field employees may receive travel allowances when working out-of-town based on distance.

  • What is the typical work schedule?

    Typically 8-10 hour days between the hours of 6:30am-6:30pm; more or less depending on workload and weather.

  • Will I be laid-off seasonally?

    Field employees in the Northeast region may get laid off temporarily for the winter, while Southern field workers may get laid off temporarily due to inclement weather.

  • What is an ESOP?
