Project Overview

Rifenburg provided full-site development for a new 325,000 SF warehouse/office building, including earthwork, utilities, roads, parking lots, and building subbase installation. Over 180,000 CY of dirt was removed, and infrastructure such as stormwater management, bioretention ponds, and sidewalks was completed to support the facility.

CHALLENGE

The project was fast-tracked, requiring work to begin while design plans were still being finalized. Meeting the tight deadline for occupancy within a year was a challenge, compounded by unstable soils and the need to export a large volume of dirt from the site.

SOLUTION

We adapted to evolving design plans through proactive coordination with stakeholders, ensuring critical work progressed without delays. Soil stabilization techniques were implemented to address site conditions, and efficient logistics were used to remove excess dirt while keeping the project on schedule.

RESULT

Despite tight timelines and site challenges, we successfully delivered the project, ensuring the warehouse/office facility was ready for occupancy on schedule. The completed site infrastructure supports long-term functionality and efficiency.
